Call for evidence: 32Red duplicate accounts

Hello everyone,

I have a non payment of £10500 winnings from 32Red which I’m taking to court.

The reason for non payment is I have a very old duplicate account.

I believe lots of people have received emails from them about duplicate accounts which state don’t worry they will just merge the accounts and the play can continue.

I’m looking for evidence of this for me to present at court - does anyone have these emails that they are willing for me to share with the court to assist my claim that the withholding of the winnings was unfair and not a consistent practice - being solely based on the winnings itself.

Hi - it wasn’t dealt with on here - I spoke to the gambling commissioner and I had to go through their Ecorgi - so yes the marker on here needs removing - I’m not holding out much hope which is whey I am preparing the case I believe my 90days is up this or next week :)

Always like to plan for every eventuality:

The court will look at balance of probabilities - have I been treated fairly and consistently - the answer is no as I know people have had the emails I’m looking for :)
 
Pretty sure I had that email a while back, but unfortunately I hadn't kept it due to not playing there anymore.

They are very aware of duplicate accounts - if you request a timeout, their site lists everything they’ve got tied to you under that licence. And I’ve definitely had an email from them before mentioning merging accounts, e.g. Roxypalace etc were transferred to 32Red accounts.

Yeah, I got the email regarding account merges from those 2 casinos.
But i also believe I got the exact email OP is referring too, It was a long time ago but I'm sure I had 2 accounts at 32red.
The original account, that I created when a newb to the online casino world, an account which I never used and forgot the login/password for, amongst other things, making it a pain to log in again when I finally decided to try them.
Then, years later, a 2nd account that they said I could use instead, as a replacement for the original that I was having trouble accessing. So essentially a duplicate account but with the login credentials slightly changed from whatever they had given me when setting up the original account. They also advised me everything will be fine as long as I only use the newer account.

Yup, that’s exactly what happened to me. Even asked them in chat a few years ago about the duplicate accounts - they said it was all good. I was only depositing and using one account there, so no problems.

Closed the account this week because their site is horrible. Seems to be doing all sorts of JavaScript shite which makes it a laggy and unintuitive experience. And their freebies are shite, so gone.
 
My 32red account is banned too with no explanation given, but i also had dash, nedplay, roxy palace and go wild accounts too, unfortunately no longer have access to the email account used back then.
 
They allowed accounts at ALL Brands. I had separate accounts at 32Red, Nedplay and Dash.

I also have the original email sent by Gowild to notify affiliates that UK accounts were being moved to 32Red. PM me and I'll forward it to you if it may help your case.
