Quatro Casino came on board years ago – and since then has not generated many complaints if any at all. None really in the last several years. The reasons for this might be because of their solid licensing – but more probable is because of their experienced staff. Anyone can have a license – it’s the people behind the scenes that count.

The next section of this Quatro Casino review will look at the bonuses and promotions. We’ll cover the welcome bonus, the Casino Rewards Millionaires Club, the main Quatro Casino bonus, etc. You see, Quatro Casino is part of the Casino Rewards Group. They only have a deposit bonus page, so it’s pretty hard to find information about other promotions.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
One of the main benefits of playing at Quatro Casino is that you will be playing at a site that is part of the Casino Rewards Group. This means your VIP status is recognized at all member casinos. At the time of writing, 29 online casinos are involved. More than 15 million players play on the Casino Rewards Group network.
This essentially means that it does not matter which of these 29 casinos you play at. You will earn points when you deposit money and place bets whenever you do. These points are automatically added to your centralized Casino Rewards Group account balance. You can redeem these points for bonus money whenever you want.

BANKING AND PAYMENT METHODS
Quatro Casino offers a wide variety of different payment methods. Deposits can be made from all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. You can also choose from various bank transfer services and EWallets like Neteller and Skrill.
If you would like to view all of the available payment methods, log into your account, head to the “banking” section, and a list of available payment methods will be displayed.
All deposits are credited to your Quatro Casino account except for bank transfers. The minimum deposit is just $10, and you will not be charged any fees by the casino when making deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge a fee. You can contact them before depositing to confirm.
Withdrawal Speed
Unfortunately, Quatro Casino isn’t the fastest in processing withdrawals. Their payout time averages around 96 hours, and you can reverse your withdrawal for up to 48 hours. There is also a pretty low withdrawal limit of $4000 per week.
Note: This withdrawal limit is for players who win a sum five times or greater than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards Group partner casinos.
Thankfully, any wins from a progressive jackpot are exempt from this clause. Quatro Casino does not process withdrawals over the weekend, and you can’t lock withdrawals.
When it comes to withdrawal methods, you have plenty of options. Almost all deposit methods can be used for withdrawals. The exception is credit cards. If you made a deposit using a credit card, Quatro Casino will allow you to set up an alternative withdrawal method.
Responsible gaming
Quatro Casino takes responsible gambling seriously, and they have a dedicated page set up to help you. This page features a short questionnaire/quiz designed to give you an idea of whether you may be experiencing gambling problems.
In addition to this, Quatro Casino also offers players a few responsible gambling tools. Firstly, you can set up a deposit limit on your account. Quatro Casino has two options if you decide to take a break from gambling. First of all, you can opt for a short-term solution, known as a cooling-off period. This temporarily restricts access to your account for between 24 hours and six weeks. Once this period has passed, your account will automatically be reopened.
If you want a more permanent block, you can choose to self-exclude from Quatro Casino. This completely blocks access to your online gambling account for a minimum of six months. Once a self-exclusion request has been applied, it is not possible to reverse. You should also be aware that any other online casino accounts with the same operator will also be blocked.
Customer support
While writing this review of Quatro Casino, we wanted to test out the customer support facilities. The customer support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through live chat. This online chat software allows you to speak with a member of the casino’s customer support team in minutes.
Once we initiated a live chat conversation, it took just a couple of minutes to connect to an operator. The operator was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed at any point.
In addition to its live chat system, Quatro Casino also offers customer support via email. However, this generally is not recommended. Response times can take up to 48 hours, and if your problem or query is urgent, you probably do not want to wait this long.
We should also mention that Quatro Casino has an FAQ page on its website. While this lays out some of the most commonly asked questions, the web page has a problem. When you click to view one of the answers, nothing happens! All of the FAQ questions are like this, so we hope this is something that Quatro Casino will be able to fix quickly.
KYC
Quatro Casino states that they reserve the right to ask players for verification documents following deposits and/or before executing a withdrawal request. If the online casino deems it necessary, they state that they may also require these documents to be certified by a registered notary – although this is virtually unheard of.
If you must complete a verification check, you will need to provide Quatro Casino with several documents. First, you will need to provide proof of ownership of the financial accounts being used. This can include a copy of the physical bankcard, a PDF download of a bank statement, or relevant account screenshots.

Website Experience and Features
One of the things we always look at when reviewing online casino websites is the overall design, functionality, and usability. Unfortunately, Quatro Casino looks about as bad as it can get. While we appreciate that the site runs on old-school Microgaming technology, the website looks like something you would have seen 20 years ago.
At the top of the page, there is a misplaced navigation menu. This only has a few links, and even when you click the “casino games” button, it doesn’t show you a list of the actual games available at the site. Instead, it’s just a generic, cookie-cutter overview of casino games.
To play at Quatro Casino, you need to click the “play now” button or download the desktop software client. The first option is instant-play, but this kind of technology is what you would have seen ten years ago.
The instant-play casino is slow and clunky, and it is not user-friendly. Once you have loaded up the games, you should not encounter any speed problems, but, to be honest, it’s just a somewhat negative experience. You feel like you are playing at a casino that does not care about ascetics.
Very few online casinos still offer a downloadable software client. That is one of the main appeals of Quatro Casino; some players love the downloadable software, and Microgaming’s client is one of the industry’s key pioneers.
Like the instant-play version of their website, Quatro Casino’s downloadable software client looks incredibly out of date – but it does what it is supposed to do. They know their target market and their target demographic, and if you are looking for a downloadable Microgaming casino, Quatro Casino is a very suitable option.
Unfortunately, Quatro Casino is not mobile-optimized. While some mobile devices may be able to load the instant-play lobby, it is not recommended. This is because there is not currently a mobile-friendly version of the site.

Quatro Casino claims to have the best online slots available. While we greet this claim with some skepticism, they offer a great selection of slot games. Of course, all of these video slots are provided by Microgaming.
Microgaming boasts an extensive portfolio of video slots. However, some of their technology is quite far behind what you would probably expect to see from some of the more modern developers.
One of our favorite Microgaming video slots is the original Thunderstruck – one of their really old games. Thunderstruck is built around a five-reel, 25-payline format and has a solid Nordic theme. Wild symbols can land in view during the base game, making it easier to form wins. Scatter symbols are also present on the reels, and landing three or more of these generates a small payout.
However, the main appeal of the slot is the special bonus features. The free spins round is triggered when you land three or more scatter symbols anywhere in view. You will then be prompted to pick one of the scatter symbols, revealing how many free spins you have been awarded. It’s possible to win up to 25 free games, and the free spins round can be re-triggered.
While Thunderstruck may not look like a modern video slot, it’s pretty fun to play. The free spins bonus can dish out some pretty nice wins from time to time, and even the base game has decent win potential.

Live Dealer Games
One of the most significant downsides of playing at Microgaming casinos is that there aren’t any live casino games. Unfortunately, Microgaming hasn’t partnered up with a live gaming provider like Pragmatic Play or Evolution Gaming. This means that any online casino running solely on Microgaming software cannot offer live casino games to its players.
We think this is quite a big mistake. Today, players are looking to play live casino games more than ever. The rapid increase in their popularity has completely changed the online gambling industry. Today, most online casinos invest significant resources to develop a competitive live casino.
Quatro Casino is not for you if you want to play live dealer games. We don’t understand why Microgaming hasn’t partnered up with a live casino game provider, but we assume it will happen in the future. We will update this Quatro Casino review accordingly if and when this occurs.
Even more surprising is that Microgaming used to run its own live casino platform. However, they started withdrawing from European markets around five years ago. They were available at some Asian-facing casinos until a couple of years ago, but they have all been discontinued.

When it comes to roulette, Quatro Casino offers just a couple of variations; European Roulette and American Roulette. Unfortunately, there’s nothing too exciting to be found here.
Video poker is readily available at Quatro Casino, and you can play more than 15 different machines. Some of these video poker machines allow you to play more than one hand at once. This allows you to increase the ante and boost your chances of winning.
Progressive jackpots
Quatro Casino does an excellent job when it comes to progressive jackpot games. They offer Microgaming’s full jackpot game selection, which means you can play games with multi-million-dollar jackpots for as little as $0.10.
Mega Moolah is, without a doubt, the most popular jackpot game at Quatro Casino. This old-school jackpot slot from Microgaming holds the world record for the biggest jackpot win, more than $24 million.
Mega Moolah is quite fun to play, too. In addition to the progressive jackpot round, there are four different progressive jackpots and a free spins bonus. This is triggered by landing three, four, or five scatter symbols. You will then be awarded up to 25 free spins.
During the free games, all wins are multiplied by six; it’s pretty common to see some pretty big wins during this feature. That’s not usually something you can say about a progressive jackpot game.
Generally speaking, most progressive games feature solely around the jackpot round. On the other hand, Mega Moolah offers players the chance to win multi-million-dollar jackpots AND hit big wins during the free games feature.
About the Team and History
Quatro Casino was founded in 2008. They are one of the original Microgaming casinos, and in 2016, they became an accredited casino here at Casinomeister. Unfortunately, we found them to be engaging in some predatory marketing tactics. As a result, they were removed from our Accredited list and placed in the Grey Zone.
Despite this hitch, Quatro Casino has a relatively solid reputation. They are well-licensed and are regulated by the Danish Gambling Authority, the United Kingdom Gambling Commission, and the Malta Gaming Authority. While occasional complaints arise, on the whole, Quatro Casino has a pretty good reputation. You are unlikely to experience any problems while playing there.
Complaints and Track Record

“They may have been referring to multiple account creation within the Casino Rewards group as a whole, not just Quatro casino, as there are many casinos within their group.
Due to their generous bonuses, sign-up offers, and/or free play promotions, Casino Rewards has been subject to bonus abusers and freebie hunters (not suggesting for a moment either applies to you) over the years. They hence have included in their Terms and Conditions rules to protect the casino(s) against this.
My wife was subject to losing around £400 due to not checking rules correctly, her fault, not Casino Rewards.”
And here’s what Jasminebed says about the Casino Reward Group as a whole:
“I’ve played with them for years. Pending times are long, and if you get a free chip while you have wagering from the last match, it carries over.
Make sure to clear it down to zero if you take a match before taking another. Overall, a good group if you are okay with long-pending times. And good support for Canadian deposit and withdrawal methods.
