Question Book of Ra 6 Glitch

Hey guys,

Had the most weird glitch last night when I was playing Book of Ra 6.
I hit the free spins and got the top paying symbol, the explorer.
Retriggered twice and on the 28th spin it landed stacked explorers on every reel, I know this is not possible as the symbols only expand after the corresponding symbol lands on the reel. So I immediately knew this was most likely a graphical glitch of some kind.
I did not register a win on that spin either so basically a 0 spin.
As I was on autoplay I was too late to make a screenshot but I have sent a ticket to the tech team of the casino where it happened.
Just curious what happened there as I never have seen a glitch like this on Greentube before.

It was cool to see a full screen of explorers though, would have been €7500.00 I think.

Free spins were still okay as I ended up with a couple of 3 OAKs and paid 331x.

Anyone else ever had a glitch in game like that?

Never seen anything like it either. Novo's to be fair seem to be among the most stable games out there, rare they disconnect or lag etc.

On another note, I think I'd have had a fast enough trigger finger to get a screen shot and make sure they paid me out for the full screen of explorers lol

Yeah my stomach turned for a second but I realized immediately it was a glitch as Book of Ra does not have stacked symbols.
Play Greentube a lot and in the end I still ended up with a nice win on the free spins.
To get 6 explorers is nearly impossible haha.
I had 4 OAK of them twice in the free spins on the normal Deluxe version with 5 reels and also had 5OAK once in the base game for €1000.00 ...

Never had the full whack yet...Maybe one day...

Even if you had a screenshot if it was a graphics error you still wouldn't have been paid.

Isnt there a record that keeps track of what the RNG comes up with on every spin? And what the RNG says go's even of the graphics are messed up.
That's what I thought anyway.

Still gutting though!
