I have never meen so frustrated with grand Mondial and there casino rewards! I am a diamond VIP on casino rewards sight and they have ripped me off because I never miss a single day of claiming they bumped me down to the lowest tier and are claiming I have missed claiming stuff now I have to wait and spend more money to recieve the rewards I am appalled how they can totally just disregard there top players and rip them off with no way to get ahold of anyone other then a live chat or email I have won more money then I've spent and is this the reason why I'm being ripped off? I do not recommend these sites to anyone I ha e recommended it to many people before and then now I'm getting g ripped off such a joke I wish I could take legal action!

@HarshDabs_250 , the CR rep tells us that you've been around since they PM'd you but you haven't responded. They're trying to help you get your issue resolved but if you don't cooperate there's not much they can do for you. It's your choice of course but the ball is in your court at this point.

Casino rewards, Quatro casino is a huge scam my gf made an account for there welcome promotion now she lives 5 floor below me. She put 50 bucks in for there promotion of 50 spins a day for 5 days they are constantly make her wait for her spins she acquired her spins at 143 the first day the next day they tried saying she wasn't allowed the promotion because she loves in the same building.
Well after fighting them for several hours they decided to mess with her EVERY single day and this isn't the only time they have done something to her. The other day she won 134 bucks on a 60 cent spin
It didn't reflect in her account so she refreshed the page twice left the game refreshed again then went right to support who didn't seem to understand that she won a big win like that twice and there system that's supposed to show what you win per bet didn't reflect that and then they preceeded to mess with her and say she was not understanding but they knew what she was saying I was right next to her while they were talking to her she then gave up and bit that loss but now she's trying to reciece her day 3 spins and witch they say the spins are ready 24 hours after the last with was at 143 3 days ago now it's the 3rd day it's 303 am and they still are mako g her wait another hour is this not illegal are they not false advertising? They sent emails everyday saying the spins are ready and yet they still aren't there and everytime she has to go to the support and they pro long it even more!! I am appalled so I'm deciding to remove EVERY casino rewards casino they have and so is she! DO NOT PLAY QUATRO IT IS A RIP OFF!!

And now with the reward riches I no long er get squat I have had best luck next time everytime for the past 6 times it Is a joke they tried saying I received more promotions then 32 percent if it's players !?!? So I made my own account! And I never had to have these problems before! Everytime I've signed on during the 7 days I didn't have to go through all of this! I play slots with her, and she put 50 bucks in and was supposed to recieve 50 spins at 1:45 am.
She went the second day and they weren't there? She went to support and they siad your not allowed to have the promotion in the same space or anywhere a second person would get the promotion She lives 5 floors in my building below me and she explained that to them.
Yet she everyday for the past 6 days have gone into support at 1:45 am and had to explain again and, again and up until 2 days ago they then explained that she had to wait 2 or 3 hours every2 or 3 hours!!!! And tonight they siad( and she logged in at 4 am) and they told her 4 hours from then she would get !! So she passed out.
They then just recently told her that she had to wait ANOTHER 4 HOURS TO GET THEM.
And this isn't also the only thing they denied her a win that she won twice and the second time she didn't and refreshed everything didn't spin more!!! And went right to support who absolutely no hemp!!!
