I played on there for a bit. Spent about 1k over a month or so, then when I won some, I went to withdraw 500 and they gave me a huge run around to ‘verify’ my withdrawal path. I gave them my cards, and even a bank statement, and a credit card statement.

Finally they ‘verified’ my account, and I made a withdrawal request. Everything seemed fine, the next day I even got an email from GIGIDAT with my withdrawal password etc..

Well later on this afternoon, I got an email saying I need to verify my account etc etc. I went into my play ojo account and see that the 500 is now gone.. I can’t get customer service, and it reeks of scam. What the heck do i do???

funny how some players never come back to update their posts when they get paid
as I sad before I play on ojo for last 4-5 years on and off never got problem on cashout, will play more if they add more games like DOA2 or captain venture

Funny how Ojo has pulled the same BS on me and other close friends…. Did you personally help this customer out in order to expedite or achieve the withdrawal of the funds that were in limbo….? Did anyone here pull some strings to make it happen? If not, other than being a classy type there’s really no reason to post back in here that the funds were received unless he had initiated the PAB, in my humble opinion. Sometimes I’m quite put-off by these types of replies where the customer is treated as if they are rude or unjust in their request to obtain what is rightfully theirs. I’m dealing with one of these sites currently where my money is being held hostage until my new drivers license shows up…. I can deposit thousands and thousands of dollars without issue - try to cash out and theres problems with “this” then “that”, then “this” again…. I had to chat Ojo approximately 8 times to get my account verified preemptively…. “We don’t require any documents from you currently” I want to be verified so when I do request withdrawal I don’t have to get frustrated to the point I’d punch a baby all because some agent has been trained to delay my impending request…..?

Food for thought - had the “business” treated the customer as if they were worth a damn this post wouldn’t have been made and you wouldn’t have had to chime in with your snide response and I’d have these last 5 mins of my life back.
