A large number of issues with this Casino since 'winning' with them.
I deposited £50, was given a match bonus of £50. Unlike other UK casinos no terms and conditions at any stage displayed or warned of when depositing and using their prefered payment method of Skrill. (this will become relevant for a number of reasons shortly).
So over about 8 hours, gambled as high as £2500, before dropping to £1500 at which I withdrew. All stakes were up £4 mainly on slots(again relevant to something lately) with the odd 10 / 15 on blackjack. If their was a play through this was smashed multiple times less than half way through my evening of play. as I kept on playing.
So withdrew, according to their withdrawal procedure, after 2 days this should go from being reversible to non reversible. After 2.5 days it hadnt I emailed them enquiring why as I didnt wish to be tempted to play with it. Oddily I was encouraged to close my account, which seemed bizaar to me, this is the first time a casino had ever encouraged that as a solution to not playing whilst waiting for a withdrawal.
2 days later i receive another email we've denied your withdrawal and confiscated your winning as you deposited with skrill in terms and conditions not advertised to players or warned about during the deposit or bonus offer process. I also took screenshots to demonstrate this, no statement no hyperlink no nothing.
I obviously complained and requested this be placed with the casino manager, I had a rapid reply basically telling me where to go and see Ecogra. In my complaint I requested their UK Gambing Authority Licence Number, their UK address they could accept physical service of complaints and documents and their justification for adding terms and conditions after giving a player a bonus. They did not supply any of these.
Obviously the casino manager / support / probably owner is all one and the same. As a note they refunded my original deposit, which I was into the bonus money when I got my first win, in an attempt to get rid of me, I stated I would only be willing to accept the amount I had won and I also pointed out that they were breaching numerous UK Law and probably their Licence by adding conditions after the bonus was given.
I then pointed out on the site promoting them on facebook page of NYE casino, whether they are to do with them I have not researched. They stated they had been in contact with MiamiDice, who told them a completely different story that I had wagered in too large amounts (back to the £2 to £4 amount).
Obviously theirs a lot of issue with any casino who dont know their own licence numbers, wont provide contact details, add terms and conditions after a player wins, recommends a deposit method that they then use as an excuse not to pay out to a player, change their reasons why theyve not paid out to different parties.
Obviously as Ive been replied to by the casino manager after making an official complaint I can now escalate this to the UK Gambling Commission who have actual legally binding powers against them with implicated for them, unlike Ecogra who i believe just to be an arbitary non binding trade group.
So whether or not I get my winnings we will see, but let this serve as a warning to all about what in my opinion seems a rogue operator.
