I have huge problems with Mr.Bet casino.
I play 29.3.2019 - won 670€
Request withdraw 29.3.2019
Support is asking documents 5.4.2019
- Please send a ID with selfie
- Please send a utility bill
I send ID with both sides, i send a mobile phone utility bill, i make a selfie with ID (So a little bit extra also)
Then the show starts:
"You need a neteller screenshot" - this case take 2 days. I use Rapid transfer with visa so i dont even have neteller account. After 2 days the support says "sorry, it is our mistake... you dont need neteller"
Then the support is say that mobile phone bill is not a valid document.. i ask why: "well... it just dont". Then they ask me send a bill of taxes , bill of home insurance with STAMPS. We don't use any these documents here in finland. I have a electric bill, but because it is possible take 4 months period it was 2 weeks too old. I ask is it possible because i get a new bill after 1 month.
The support say that he can ask this.. i wait 3 days... and all documents are approved.
Then starts a new show.
I try make a withdraw, it is failed 3 times. There is no any error. I ask chat why this is failed.
Support only say "you just need to wait, it is completed and all documents are approved and you will get the money 1-3 days"
I personally check in history and it says "withdraw is FAILED!"
--> Support recommend i need to wait 3 days because there is no people helping about this. But there is no any problem, all are ok!
Then there is a notification that if you are withdrawing back to visa card, there must be a 1€ verification to visa card. Sure, it is ok.. i make a deposit 1€ to get my visa ok.
Starts a new problem: because i have a 1€ deposit, i can ONLY withdraw now 610€ (670€ winnings) because i make a 1€ deposit. I need wager 50€
Ok i leave that 50€ in account because i just want my money out. I make a completed withdraw 8.4.2019 and the site is saying normally that all documents are approved.. i think YES, finally! I will get my money back
Now things go funny. I got now email today 9.4.2019:

Thank you for sending us requested documents. Be advised to provide the utility bill not older than 3 months, and please send an additional document that can prove your identity, such as driver license or passport. Awaiting response from you and thank you for cooperation indeed.
