Mr Q - All Games Global progression reset

Anybody else had their progress reset on any of the Games Global slots? I've just lost a shit ton of progress that was built up on Ammit and Genie's Arabian Riches. Quite peeved as it's taken a crap ton to build them up especially Ammit as it's a build up giving a guarantee that the next bonus will be of a certain X (In my case 90x). Emailed support so will see but just wondering whether it's just me that's got this issue.

This sort of thing has been rife recently it’s as if casinos realised it’s a great way to boost profits, albeit short term as I now avoid any collect type game like the plague.

How can anyone be expected to play these type games when casinos can reset any time they like, whatever the reason they give it’s just wrong and as I have said before for this reason the UKGC should ban all these type of games, they are predatory and are subject to abuse by casinos making any excuse to reset any progress, which by design many hold a significant amount of the RTP.

I know some of them are time sensitive, dont play for x amount of days and progression is wiped, i tend to avoid long term progression games now as i have lost progress too many times, with something like lil devil i will start and finish the collection in the same session and never leave anything behind.

I wouldn't mind that if it weren't the fact that I was just playing them this morning. Come back this afternoon, UI layout on the Genie game has changed and progression on all of those Games Globals all gone :/

Has the RTP been changed? That’s often the cause. You’re suddenly not playing the game you got your collects on.

And if by magic all of the progression on all of the games are back and the UI has changed back as well for the games. Hmmmmmmmmm strange to say the least.
