If you are losing money too fast on a game (you get a feeling after playing for a while) get out and find another slot to play. Sadly, I don't listen to myself enough. lol I build up a good balance sometimes only to get rash and not listen to myself and end up playing a game to the death because I'm determined to win on it. Rarely a good outcome for me. I have found that games which don't win soon after I start playing them very rarely payout if I continue playing and losing like forever. The games which win (small gains) and lose for a while without losing more than you started playing with are worth continuing with until or if you do start losing money at a fast rate. Hopefully the fast lose rate won't happen and you will win instead. This is just the way it has been for me. No guarantee of anything. Repeat. A fast losing rate on a slot machine is a red flag for disaster. :)

My best advice would be to sign up to gamstop and spend your money on somthing worth while..

In my experience, hit-and-run has produced better results than doing the grind. Got that big win? Get da f'*$ out!

Now, I know, this is complete rubbish, because slots are completely random, there are no methods, each spin is a random event and games do not have different modes, but, my experience suggests that if you stay in a game that's not paying, the 'due' bonus or big win never lands, they come more from when I first jump in, or often on a fresh load when I have worked the grind on a slot the day before.....fancy that.....

my self I find in March November Dec every year I struggle to win, I just play lower stake, my best month are January May September and October, same think was happen for past 5 years , not sure about this random RTP

Much the same to what I suggest I think.

Nothing worse than playing and losing on a game for ages then getting the featured bonus spins you've been waiting desperately for and winning almost nothing from them.

I've often wondered if anyone thinks the same as I do, I have favorite games but if I go into it and I don't get a decent hit within the first 10 spins, I leave, refresh the casino, go back in. Too many times I hit the feature on the first 2 spins of a game so my superstitious thinking is saying if I reload the game, the randomness of the numbers changes and hopefully will give me that feature. I do this a lot on Sweet 16 and it seems to work. (At least that's what my superstitious mind tells me) :)

I haven't done that but I might try it. I do have one game which I play all the time - the first game I play in any session.

I was thinking more about the mistake I often make of playing a game to the death expecting it to turn around for me. I think I do it when I've played a number of games which haven't look like they're going to give me a decent win. Instead of quitting for the day I just sit on the last machine I play and just keep feeding it until the money is gone. Just no willpower to quit when I should!

One other thing I notice. You play a game which loses a bit and then it returns 90% of your money giving you thoughts that there might hope of winning eventually. It never gets better - always returning you no more than 90% of the next amount of money you play until it gets less and less and less.

I can definitely relate to not always listening to your instincts in the moment, it can be tough! I totally agree with your strategy of switching to a different slot if you start to feel like things aren't going your way. It's all about finding that balance between persistence and knowing when to cut your losses. I've definitely had games where I've won small amounts consistently, and that can be a good sign to keep going. But you're right, there's never a guarantee with these things.

DO NOT PERSIST WHEN YOU LOSE MONEY.
In addition, when one game gives you a lot of money then move on to another, don't stay with it.
Avoid the popular... Not always! They just don't usually give you anything, from personal experience they just give you what you lost and usually cost you a lot!
And most importantly, try to keep your boundaries so you can avoid addiction!

It sounds like you've gained some valuable insights through your experiences with slot machines. Recognizing the signs of a fast losing rate as a red flag is an important self-awareness skill when it comes to gambling. If you notice you're losing money quickly in gambling, it's a sign to be careful. Learning to control yourself and knowing when to stop is really important for playing responsibly. I suggest you set limit for yourself so that you can enjoy the excitement of playing without risking more than you're comfortable losing because slot machines is a game of chance and there is no guaranteed strategy for success so the least you can do is to set a limit 😉
