That's it, time to close all accounts, both CasinoCasino and PlayOJO are highly accredited on here, if these are some of the best casinos I see no point in carrying on...
Here is the thread on CasinoCasino where you can see they have highly dubious practices, yet no one the rep or others has replied at the concerns...
Now I have played PlayOjo for a couple of years a few times, I made a withdrawl last year, since then I have lost cards, been replaced, and closed some card accounts.
So I have withdrawn before with no problem, 2 days ago had a nice win off a £300 deposit and had £850, came to withdraw, was asked for card scan and id which I found strange as had withdrawn before. But I sent both these no problem.
Next day my withdrawl has not happened and I get live chat on, they are asking me for 3 different card numbers proof over the past 2 years.
"From what I can see, we need copies ofthe following bank cards: ending with 8735 / 8743 / 8727 I understand, if you no longer have these bank cards in possession, you can provide bank statements showing the transaction done to our casino in order to proceed with the verification completely."
I have no idea which card numbers these related to, like I said I have lost 2 cards and had replaced that I know of, I don't keep history of what 4 digit numbers my cards ended with.
Just going round in circles in chat, and refusing to accept the withdrawl, even though my account has been verified before.
It's usual disgusting ploy to get you to spend the winnings, just like the new accredited CasinoCasino did by not allowing to verify your documents till they decide and blocking your bank.
My PlayOjo is now £500 so they are getting what they want...as I am so angry at this, as usual dont care what you deposit, keep them coming no questions asked, win a little bit and the walls are put up till you spend the lot, DISGUSTING.
