Videoslots/Mr. Vegas SE problem

I have an Self Exclusion issue with Videoslots/Mr. Vegas.

Is it usual that i am being held up for several months now and constantly receive the message that my request is still being processed?

Amount in request is about 900 EUR I think.

Have you contacted @Team.Videoslots about this? That should be your first step here at Casinomeister.
 
It seems that my issue is so complex that it takes 12 weeks and more to respond to it. No response yet. Not so good.
