This situation came to light when a player reported that a €3000 withdrawal was denied, their winnings confiscated and deposit returned without explanation. All the player was told was that the casino had the right to do this whenever they so decided, end of discussion. The player went to the licensor, Alderney Gambling Control Commission, and was told the same thing, the casino could confiscate winnings and eject players as they wished. The player brought the PAB to us.

When we approached the casino they said "AGCC rules forbid us from discussing player issues". When I asked for them to provide evidence of these "rules" they gave no reply. When I told them we'd have to escalate the issue if they didn't respond they said the player was free to re-submit his issue to the AGCC for consideration. The player confirmed that he would not be doing so.

Be Aware: Winagames is not responding to player complaints and avoids discussing player issues by hiding behind their licensing body. Players are advised to proceed with caution when considering Winagames since, in all likelihood, we won't be able to help you if you run into difficulties.
