The operator's gone AWOL
The problem: I have been trying to submit my member verification form since August 29 in order to withdraw $300 in my account via wire transfer. I have faxed and emailed my documents and tried to contact anyone by email but never received a response.

I talked to Mary, Steve and Sarah on chat - I think Mary finally helped me by watching for my forms and forwarding them to the department in charge. The next day I asked Sarah on chat when I could expect my forms to be approved. I was told there is no time frame and basically not to hold my breath. I started asking around on forums and here on Casinomeister and discovered that I'm not alone - that there are many people having the same problem
The problem: I requested a withdrawal on August 19 for $1450. I have had some withdrawal issues in the past and after numerous emails, the owner Jamie St John personally contacted me. After this particular withdrawal took longer than it should, I contacted Jamie. He told me his bank no longer did wire transfers and he needed to get a new bank. He assured me this would take place the next day. I last spoke to him 2 weeks ago. I have sent him numerous emails and left countless voice mails.

On Friday, Sept. 14 I called customer service and asked Sarah about this money. She stated that Jamie was out of the country, but assured me the money would be in my bank account today, Sept. 17. It was not. I called customer service again, spoke to Mary, and she informed me that Jamie was out of the country and he was the only person who could make a wire transfer. She had no idea when he would be back, or when I could expect the money. I informed he of what Sarah had told me, and she said that Sarah must have been mistaken.

I am at my wits end. Any deposits are immediately taken out of my bank account. Why the run around to get a withdrawal credited? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
There are a number of players who have similar complaints here.

The problem seems to be stemming from customer support's inability to contact the owner to make payments to players. This indicates a casino short on funds, a casino that does not have any management whatsoever, or a nickel and dime operation that should not be in the business at all. Take your pick.

If you want to be treated like a casino, then act like one.

Avoid this casino at all costs.
