Knock knock. Anybody home?
The problem: January 6 2007, I made a cash out of $500. Cash out is made every Wed., but I did not get paid. After a few days, I sent a ticket asking why I did not get paid as I was put on pending. I was told that a contact will be made to the accounting department. After a week was still no response. So, every 2 weeks I sent a ticket why my money was still pending, and I was told the same thing to be patient and they will ask again the accounting department. This is going on since January. They will not tell me why my cash out is still pending. Only thing they tell me to have patience until they will hear from the account department. Do you want me to be patient after 5 months? It looks like that they have no intention to pay me at all as 5 and a half months have passed. It looks like they have no intention to pay me. I have no idea why I do not get paid.
Eight months and nothing, but their website is still live.
