WARNING Ares Casino (arescasino.com) is BAD news for players

Day 28 since withdrawal request....

"Awaiting"

Just been on the chat... today I was told

"In general, withdrawals take anywhere between 7 and 21 working days to complete, with another 24 to 48 hours for the bank transaction to go through. Keep in mind this is an estimated time frame, as it depends on the volume of requests our financial team is handling at the moment."

.... the 21st working day is Monday.... lets see what happens

:laugh::laugh::laugh: You mean the scammer and his partner micro-managing each account to ensure only net losers are occasionally paid (to elicit bigger deposits) and winners not....

Team my arse. There's no 'volume' at all as the default for all withdrawals (unless in situations like above) is the ignore list, NFA'd.

Once on the NFA list the mini-list of bollocks is enacted via stock replies on 'chat' and e-mail.

By 21 days, 35 days, 15 years, whatever arbitrary bullshit timescale they tell you, most will have given up.

Those, like you, that haven't will soon be moved onto 8/9 & 10 of the 10-point bullshit bingo game I referred you to recently.

I think 8-10 are now imminent for your issue, mark my words.

Yes exactly Dunover.... that's pretty much how I see it and although I have tried my best just to shrug it off... "o well never mind, put it down to experience"... it does and continues to piss me off!!!

This is the trouble with online gambling, the unscrupulous can just hide behind a screen and plot and scheme to extort as much money as they can out of (lets face it)...."vulnerable gamblers", "vulnerable human beings for fuck sake!". Of course the reality is that most Uk gamblers who gamble at these scum casino's are probably people who have signed up to Gamstop and who then have limited options if they still want to gamble.

The complete lack of common decency and no willingness to play fair.... really fucks me off! Making a profit.. I get it... but messing with people's mental health, exploiting people's state's of mind just to get more money seriously fuck's me off! I hope when these people pass to the other side, that they get to see in their life review how their actions (or lack of!) affect people... how they affect REAL people, with REAL feelings and emotions!!

The fact that these people think its ok just to fob me off... and no doubt lots of other people... day after day after day after day... with lame excuses and then have the temerity to tell me to be patient!! Its not fucking on and I will moan about it on hear cos there aint nothing else I can do about it.

Moan over :)

P.s Day 30 since withdrawal request

Day 31 since withdrawal request

Awaiting...

Today I am told....

Unfortunately, we do not have any new information about your withdrawal request at this time. We will send an urgent message to our finance department asking for an explanation. As soon as we receive information, we will notify you.

ie more excuses and bollocks

Day 32 since withdrawal request

Awaiting

Today's copy n paste is as follows

We really apologize for the delay. Sometimes the withdrawal process takes a little longer or less than 21 working days, depending on the current withdrawal volume and the banking process. There is an entire withdrawal process to be followed and certain steps cannot be skipped, so it will take some time to review all of the gameplay. If everything seems fine, the relevant department will compare it to our Terms and Conditions page in the order listed to verify that they have been followed up from the start. And then there is the banking process, which unfortunately we cannot speed up.

More bollocks lol

ooooo.... ive also had this....

Unfortunately, we as chat support cannot provide you with a specific date for the resolution of your request, as we have no insight into our colleagues' work. However, as soon as we get an update from our financial team, we will notify you via email.

Make of it what you will. Clearly a very small number of people have the final say as to whether a customer will get paid out or not.... keep everyone else in the dark

Fraudulent clipjoints such as this won't be comprised of individuals that exhibit any shred of empathy or decency for their actions, and so couldn't care less about monies wrangled from unsuspecting players, nor the player's mental well-being or how it's impacted their lives.

They're clearly content in finding those that accept the casino's shonky practices and yet still continue to deposit there, knowing the likelihood of said player having exhausted other, legitimate casinos as a means to play. This type of player is now in their proverbial pocket, and so it matters little to them if they pay them over seven, 14 or 30 days, if at all.

They'll throw a bone by offering worthless bonuses one's way to sate the player's gambling urge, whilst also hoping the ongoing withdrawal gets spunked back. Yet there's no structured adherence to any of their payouts, as every player is likely 'throwaway' to them once they decide they've wrung enough out of them, before moving on to the next soul.

Keeping a minute-by-minute account of their deeds seems futile, as it's past the fact, and won't draw any contrition out of them, much as I wouldn't expect a street mugger to keep me apprised and updated as to when they'd return my wallet to me.

Whatever the outcome of this case, just know that there's no structured process in place, and that there's no reasoning with crooks. These updates are rendered completely moot at this point, sorry to say

I love the BS terms like 'financial team'...

This means the pair of fraudsters contantly checking the scammed revenue hourly, excitedly self-abusing while the cash piles up. Using scripted e-mail account 'B' they spend a few minutes mass-mailing the marks who've deposited and are forlornly awaiting payment. Scripted e-mail list 'C' contains the end-of-contact final BS for persistent moaners who think they will get paid and won't reverse. This list of bollocks is reserved for the mugs who've moved down the line to the point of frustratedly swearing or accusing them of scamming etc. at which point this will be used as a reason to close the account and break off further contact.

Right now they are waiting for this player to do just that so he gives them a plausible excuse to act.

In the meantime the bullshit bingo list is repeatedly recycled indefinitely until the player gives up and moves to the frustrated abusive stage.

Am smiling :)

I hear what you say guys. I think at the end of the day, this is just a bit of therapy for me. Get my anger out in written form, cos otherwise I have no outlet for it. Although I am mostly angry at the casino I am also angry with myself for getting sucked in. I am as my username suggests, just a "simplesoul" who enjoys a gamble, rightly or wrongly.

I guess I may or may not get the final "fuck off" email "your not getting a penny".. but either way its been a useful exercise to tell the world. It's helped me on a personal level and if this thread helps just one other person not to gamble at this casino or its sister casino's... then thats got to be a good thing.

Day 33 since withdrawal request

"awaiting"

Today's copy n paste is...

We apologize for the inconvenience. As we can see in our system, the status of your request is Awaiting. Delays can occur due to the large number of requests my colleagues have to review and the amount withdrawn as well as the banking process. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to speed up the process as live chat operators have no control over the process.
We can only send a reminder to the finance department.

Yawn

Next will most likely be they cancel the withdraw because some docs are missing just to make you go through the hoops again
for another 40 days and so on and so on

Hi all
I must admit I have no idea what you mean by "charge back".... whenever I had made a deposit, my bank had always asked me if I was sure I wanted to make the transaction i.e to go on my app and "confirm".. which I had always done.
I can't imagine a situation where I could legitimately try and redeem any of my deposits.... as I knowingly agreed to make them.
Is there something I am not aware of??

Anyway Day 34 since withdrawal request

"awaiting"

Another civilised chat with the live chat.... at the end of which I was informed that...

"The financial department reserves the right to prolong the process if necessary. Even so, I hope you won't have to wait much longer."

On it goes

Day 35 since withdrawal request

Online chat didn't want to talk to me today. After a long delay I got the following

"I can see that your withdrawal is still being processed. I hope it will be finalized soon. Sometimes the withdrawal process can last longer. Even so, we apologize for the delay."

On it goes

P.s... as soon as i'd signed out I got a text encouraging me to play with up to a 250% bonus! lol It is laughable

Day 38 since withdrawal request

"awaiting"

The chat are no longer interest in talking to me.... getting a bit bored with me perhaps. lol Anyway todays copy n paste is...

Day 39 since withdrawal request

A strange one yesterday. I went on to my account to find some free spins waiting for me. I thought ok, I will play them. I then had a big win and suddenly iv'e got hundreds sitting in my account. Whether this was engineered or luck I don't know.
I now of course have thousands to wager but I gives it a go. Ultimately I failed but I suppose I was mildly entertained in the process.
I was only mildly entertained though, because I wasn't actually gambling was I, cos there was no hope of even being able to ask for a withdrawal.... so you say to me "what was the point?"
The simple answer was "there was no point".... other than passing time
I think their game plan with me is just to see whether I will continue to deposit "just to play" with no option of being able to make a withdrawal... akin to going to the cinema or seeing a show... "paying to be entertained"..... well my answer to that is "no". I go on to a gambling site to "gamble"... the main thrill is the potential of winning big making a withdrawal and being entertained in the process... that's how I see it. They will fail in their attempt and iv'e told them that.
Its like someone who has a fruit machine at home. What's the point...? when you can just open up the back and re-use the money.

On it goes..

My experience was bad took them the whole world before them paid, now i only play <snip> dot com they pay within 24hours

You could thus be potentially snookered if that is the case, however, you deposited in good faith, with what you assumed was a legitimate site, not a fraudulent scam site, that you have subsequently found out it be.

So you would be protected by the bank's deposit protection I would guess. Although, someone who has actually gone down the charge back route with these type of clip joint online casinos might want to chime in here...

I hear your thoughts folks

Day 44 since withdrawal request

Today's copy and paste is...

As it is the weekend, we do not have any news to share about withdrawals right now.

On it goes

It was a speeling mistake originally.... but yes "arse" is quite apt.

On a serious note, if they do eventually pay me out. I will acknowledge that on here.

Iv'e decided to continue to "out" them until I get some sort of closure

A nice polite reply today, as follows...

I’d like to sincerely apologize for that inconvenience.
Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention.
I will take action on this right away.
I will send a regard on your behalf to our Financial Team and request an update on your case.
As soon as they take a look at your case you will receive an update from our end.

Perhaps an outcome will happen

Lets see.... drum roll
