PlayOjo withdrawal delays

I withdrew some money from my play Ojo account at 11am this morning it’s been almost 12 hours and I still haven’t recieved anything? Is this normal? I can’t get through on email or live chat and no one seems to be able to help?
 
Playojo is a recommended Accredited Casino at Casinomeister
They seem to be pretty slow come withdrawal time. It's also Easter weekend right now so don't know if there's anyone working in their financial department right now.

They have a rep on here that might be able to speed up the process:

I also am having issue with withdrawal.

Did you try again? Those server errors are usually pretty transient.
