ATTN: Casino Rep N1bet is giving me the run around for no reason

I've created an account with N1bet deposited without bonus. I met the requirement for AML and tried to withdraw my balance. They rejected my valid document 4 times from my hand blocking my passport to now, after using just the tip of my fingers holding it, telling me my hand has to be shown. I am sick of their nonsense to a cash player, thinking they are one of the best. I can't imagine any top casinos using this delay tactic for no reason, and I did not even win! It is ridiculous. Can someone please let me know what I should do?

First thing to do is contact the casino representative here on the forums. Since N1Bet clicks through to N1Casino you should contact @N1 Partners Group . Send them a Private Message and hopefully that will get your issue resolved.

I tried sending him a message but there seem to be an issue with the server. Would you know when this will be fixed or if there's any other method to get in touch?

It's likely that you have run into the spam-blocking feature where new forum members can't do much until they've posted at least three times on the forums. Just post a "thank you" here -- or whatever, another post anywhere on the forums -- and try again. Let us know how that goes.
