Apparently they still do it - and again and again, and with joy!!!
I also believe that many other customers were misled!
Not everyone knows Casinomeister, Max and the PAB.

Certainly Lockinlove & I are not alone in this matter (I'm afraid)!

It would be interesting to see if it's possible to get a telling off to all casinos that do this from DAMA NV themselves. It's damaging their reputation overall.

I had 2 other friends and my brother also tell me Dama did this to them. Told them they need to wager old lost deposits and other stuff.

This was at 4 different casinos.

Id like to have the dama nv rep chime in here and ask them why they are only solving single case PAB but letting this run rampant all over Dama and not doing anything about it.


This has to be happening to thousands of players.

Totally reasonable request but I'd recommend not holding your breath. Dama people stepped away from the forums some time ago and although I have an excellent channel of communication with them privately they've shown no intention to return to the forums any time soon.

That said, I will point my contact(s) to this and ask if they care to comment. No promises but it certainly would be good to hear something "official" on this.

I'll repeat what I've said before: ANYONE with a case like this is invited to file a PAB at their earliest convenience. Every such case I've taken to Dama has been settled in favour of the player so ... do or don't do but there is (apparently) a route to getting these things resolved.

@Paimonah , your PAB on this is in progress so do keep in mind that the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures are in full effect until that issue is resolved.

Speaking of your issue please see your PAB Ticket for an udpate.

To the other readers here: I said I'll talk with the Dama people regarding this "wager your past deposits" nonsense and we have now discussed it. They say:

"we offer sincere apologies to the players who were asked to wager their [past] deposit when this has not been required ... They are always welcome to report any wrongdoing from our properties through the PAB process - rest assured, our response time and expertise allow for timely and proper resolution."​

The point is that the "wager your past" stuff is completely unsanctioned by Dama and any casino that is doing it is way out of line. In other words they most definitely SHOULD NOT be doing it and should be reported for doing so ASAP. The PAB process is one way to do so, and a good choice because I know exactly who to go to and they'll jump on it without hesitation.

As it happens in Paimonah's case the error may have been unintentional, but that's another story as Hammy Hamster would say.

Addendum:
Now what I expected has happened: My withdrawal was canceled because I "apparently" haven't wagered my deposit 3 times yet. Even though I have already wagered the bonus 45x

If you requested the withdrawal immediately after completing bonus wagering, then theoretically you haven't completed the required 3x on your deposit since bonus money doesn't count, so, however unfair, I think they might be in the right to demand additional wagering before you are home free.

I think it's when they start to demand full wagering on previous, lost deposits things start to get PAB-worthy.

To be honest, I don't feel like doing a new PAB every week.

It's always about delaying tactics!
It's hard to believe that all players are too stupid to upload the correct documents when it's definitely not the first time you've done something like this.
It's just useless trouble!
