They are a good option if you're after Live Casinos. They have 3, one from Actual Gaming (that provides streaming from land based casinos in Dublin), Microgaming and Visionary igaming. The best games imo are the ones at Visionary iGaming. I've played there a few times and have never had problems with withdrawals.

As you found out support is only available between 10:00 - 00:00 GMT, which is not great but ok for us that live within an hour or two of GMT. The games are available 24x7. I think that refers no deposit bonuses, not deposit bonuses. Its pretty stand for NDB's, if i'm right.
