Hello
New to this community and to the gambling world. Bit of a harsh intro...I have dabbled in the mainstream sites but also a bit stupidly deposited into two sites (£25 in each) that weren't so well known

"Slotstoto" and "Vegas is here"

I haven't yet spent the deposits and were actually thinking "maybe not a good idea to spend there". So went to look into withdrawing but one site says the minumum withdraw is £100 (for both) and one (Slotstoto) has a wagering requirement of I think 40x to be able to withdraw my deposit!!!!! With Vegas is here I am debating depositing enough to withdraw but the second site i'm at a loss inspite of (downright rude) interactions over live chat. Any thoughts on how to go about getting this money out? Oh and to add struggled to even find Slotstoto on the web after depositing! Weird!

As an aside I tried to lodge a complaint ticket on Casinomeister and there seemed problems with the complaints page. Didn;t know if this was a problem my end or not.

Thanks for any help.

Casinomeister hosts the official Rogue Casino site - coining the phrase in the year 2000
Harsh intro is spot on... you've picked a couple of absolute shockers here.

Slotstoto is rogue - members here will know of AffPower (a rogue affiliate operation), and sites have been known to be unlicensed and run pirated games.

Vegas Is Here is also dodgy as hell - appears to operate under a fake curacao license and has an absurdly small selection of games for that reason.

Do not under any circumstances deposit any more money with either site, unfortunately you've been stung by two scam sites and the chances of them paying you out are slim to none. You can try and challenge the transactions with your bank and chargeback, but they have been getting wiser to these and new payment rules (such as one time codes) may shift the liability from the bank to the customer.

Always do a search before you sign up to any of these sites - CM has 20+ years of history at this point so has seen almost everything, other communities will similarly flag things up like questionable jurisdictions, fake licenses and predatory terms and conditions. A two minute search was enough to establish each of these sites were dangerous.

Thanks for your reply.

I obviously didn’t discover CM until after! I actually went to these two sites via a cashback website (Cashbackearners) where I’d made £100 or so just from depositing and leaving the money in there but yeh they got me this time.

So I’m guessing there’s no point raising a complaint through CM then? If not any thoughts on how to play things? Just stick it all on red maybe??!!

You can access Slotstoto at slotstoto.com.

By the way, the casino website is licensed (No. 8048/JAZ, Curacao), but it doesn't mean much.

Their cashout rules say that the min. payout is £100 and i couldn't find any deposit wagering requirements.

If they pay players - the only option is to play and hopefully build the balance to £100, cash it out, and never return.

If they refuse to pay then; do the PAB.

Thanks for both the responses. They told me the initial deposit had to be wagered I believe to £1500 before being able to withdraw. Maybe they meant any bonuses. I dunno. Definitely not depositing any more.

When one clicks on Slotstoto.com it often takes one to other sites first. Confusing.

I will try the PAB first. Then if no resolution I’ll stick it on red a few times! Thanks.

The withdrawal terms I could find for ST were pretty nasty - 100 minimum per request, 1000 maximum per month, but they can arbitrarily void winnings and cap you to 1xD withdrawals (which may not be enough to complete the withdrawal):
13.9. In some cases, at management discretion, players may not withdraw more than their total deposited amount, any amount exceeding the total deposits made by the player will be voided.

Additionally in the case of ST they are likely to ask for documentation before your first withdrawal - I would think very careful about agreeing to such a request. Particularly as their operation is a mis-mash of locations, they mention a 8048/JAZ license - but are based in Bulgaria, Curacao or Mexico depending on which part of the site you read... which for a small operator is a considerable red flag.

If they refuse to pay then; do the PAB.
I think so - I would anticipate the PAB is no can do, but @maxd will be the one to advise there. If nothing else, the PAB can surface such issues to a wider audience, such as a CM warning.

Apparently based in the Netherlands, promoting unregulated UK gambling sites? Surely the UKGC and KSA can't miss this open goal... It's worth

on this one - because they are casually offering regulated and unregulated sites as equal offerings, the latter of which is illegal in the UK (and the KSA will take a similarly dim view also given they like to go after anything with a pulse).

Not sure what's more effective, but the UKGC has also a phone line at 0121 230 6666 :D

UK players are prime targets of dodgy unlicensed entities like these. Be a real gambler! Double gamble against a rigged RTP and whether you'll get paid or not. Yee-haw! 🤠
