    Casinomeister's Verdict

Roaring 21 Casino launched in 2018 under Entertainment Software Group Ltd, and sits alongside a small network of RTG-focused sister sites.

Starting off strong, the live chat is quick, available 24/7 and surprisingly reliable even though it is shared across a bunch of sister sites. We half expected it to feel a tad chaotic with multiple sites accessing the service at any one time, but it didn’t slow things down in practice. Throw in Casinomeister Accreditation, and the fact you can use both crypto and fiat, and it feels reasonably solid.

Where things cool off a bit is on variety and flexibility. There’s no live casino section at all, which does take away a big chunk of modern casino appeal. On top of that, withdrawals being limited to just crypto or bank transfer feels a bit restrictive, especially if you’re used to more choice when cashing out.

All in all, this Roaring 21 Casino review reveals the site to be a bit like the roaring twenties itself, stylish in places, stripped back in others, and not quite as wild as the name suggests. If you have played here, share your thoughts in the forum and let us know if it feels more like a jazz club or just jazz hands.

Next to zero complaints and no surprise there since it is run by one of the most professional and accomplished indy casino groups in the business: ESG/Legend Affiliates. Licensing is Anjouan which is not ideal but the important point here is the group behind the casino not the licensing body, we’ve known this team — previous and current incarnation — for close on 20 years and they’re the original ‘gold star” casino guys, “legends” you might say.

Anyway, the self-exclusion policy is “contact us and it’s done”; Complaints policy doesn’t read like the best — “our decisions are final” — but we know we can go to them with anything at any time and get it dealt with promptly and fairly. All in all we’re happy to recommend this casino and the team behind it without reservation: more thumbs-up than Arny at a new Schwarzenegger film.

    Pros

    • Live chat is fast and open 24/7

    • Casinomeister-Accredited

    • Crypto and fiat payment methods

    Cons

    • No live casino section

    • Withdrawals are limited to crypto and bank transfers

Roaring 21 Casino Bonuses and Promotions

Roaring 21 calling its bonus page ‘Coupons’ immediately threw us off a bit. It feels less like an online casino and more like I’m standing in a supermarket trying to save 30p on orange juice with a paper voucher. Weird branding choice aside though, the actual offers are surprisingly decent once you dig into them.

For example, they offer a nice balance of crypto and non-crypto promotions, catering to a larger audience than a lot of other online casinos. After taking a look at the small print, we did notice a key difference in the wagering requirement that is worth pointing out. Non-crypto bonuses carry a 40x wagering requirement, while crypto bonuses come with 50x wagering requirements. This may not seem like a stark difference, but 10x is definitely a considerable amount when wagering is involved.

Another sneaky factor about the wagering requirement is that it applies to the deposit, bonus and spin winnings. This means that if you deposit €100, get a €100 bonus and win €20 from spins, you will need to wager €8,800 instead of just one of them. Pretty sneaky.

The rest of the terms and conditions look to be fairly standard, focusing on primarily playing bonuses on slots, keno and scratchcards and not being able to withdraw until bonuses are completed. Our advice is to keep an eye on wagering.

    VIP and Loyalty Programme

It seems Roaring 21 was having a little too much fun with the flapper girls and jazz music to remember to include a VIP programme. With the emphasis on having crypto and regular promotions, we thought their VIP programme would stand tall. But alas, no VIP or loyalty programme in sight.

This is an addition we would love to see in the future, as it feels like a glaring omission right now.

    Banking & Payment Methods

Roaring 21’s feels oddly stuck in the past, unless you’re a crypto user. When you deposit, the process looks fairly flexible, but you’ll see it’s actually deceptive once you find out what’s to come. They carry Visa, Mastercard and American Express and a handful of cryptocurrencies, but half of these options disappear when it’s time to withdraw.

Players are basically pushed to withdraw using either crypto or traditional bank transfers, with no support for e-wallets or traditional banking methods. It’s what makes the casino feel less accessible for regular players who want simple, non-crypto withdrawals. It seems odd to target both crypto buffs and old-school players by offering a blend of crypto and more traditional methods, but at least we know who the casino is favouring based on who gets the quicker withdrawal speeds.

The withdrawal speeds don’t do much to soften the blow, either. Crypto payouts are advertised as 48 hours. Decent enough, right? Well, bank transfers take up to five days and there’s also a pending period of up to 48 hours before they even begin processing your withdrawal. When we think of crypto withdrawals, we expect instant payment, so no one’s exactly thrilled with these waiting times. To add salt to the wound, they’ve got withdrawal fees that they may or may not add to your transactions.

Players must make at least one successful $35 deposit before the casino will even begin processing a withdrawal request, which feels like an unnecessary extra hurdle during the cashout process.

The €4,000 weekly payout cap is also restrictive, especially for a crypto casino. This is definitely a turn-off for high rollers, but it probably won’t earn them many points with regular players, either.

Roaring 21’s verification process feels slightly more demanding than most modern casinos. Still, it’s one that we’re fully on board with as it’s a precautionary measure for player safety. They expect you to go through the standard KYC checks like photo ID and proof of address, but the casino can also request selfies, live video calls, and proof of crypto wallet ownership before approving withdrawals. You’ll have to get going with the verification process within seven days of it being requested and complete it within 30 days, or you’ll see your account phased out.

    Responsible Gambling

Roaring 21 says it is highly committed to responsible gaming and does include some basic guidance around setting limits, avoiding chasing losses, and treating gambling as entertainment rather than income.

In terms of actual tools, there are only three options available: Cool Off, Deposit Limits and Self-Exclusion. These do the basics, letting you take a break, set spending caps, or fully close your account.

However, the overall toolkit is fairly limited compared to many modern casinos. While the options in place are useful, they feel quite minimal and rely solely on the player taking action themselves. We would like to see some harder blocks for players, preferably ones that aren’t as easily reversible.

Customer Support at Roaring 21 Casino

Roaring 21 offers 24/7 customer support through live chat, email, FAQs, and a phone contact number (+1 866-899-6286).

The live chat is easy to find in the bottom right corner, and we were connected to an agent fairly quickly. Responses were generally helpful, and most questions were handled without much back and forth.

There were a couple of instances where we were redirected toward affiliate support, which felt slightly confusing, but overall the experience was still smooth. One thing worth noting is that the live chat is shared across a group of related casinos, including CasinoMax, CherryJackpot, SlotsRoom, SlotsNinja.com, and Spinfinity Casino.

At first, we weren’t exactly convinced they’d get back to us quickly (knowing their support could be stretched across multiple platforms), but the worst-case scenario never materialized.

They’ve also got email support, which typically replies within 24 hours. We didn’t run into any issues getting responses here, either.

Alternatively, the FAQ section is fairly basic but does cover the essentials, so it’s useful for quick answers even if it doesn’t go too deep.

Roaring 21 Casino Experience and Features

Generally speaking, the user interface is not the most modern we have seen, but Roaring 21 still holds up reasonably well. The main navigation menu is simple enough to use, and it does not take long to find your way around or get to the games you want. With that being said, the 1920s theme falls short. We were expecting flapper girls, champagne and jazz instruments, but all we found were a few gold casino chips. If you’re going to have a theme, at least have a bit of fun with it.

Their site is also fully mobile-friendly. You can use it comfortably on both smartphones and tablets without any need to download or install anything. Just open your mobile browser, head to the Roaring 21 Casino website and you are ready to play.

Once you are on the site, you are automatically directed to the mobile-optimised version where you can log in or register and start playing your favourite games straight away.

The only real downside is that there is no dedicated mobile app at the moment. That is fairly common for online casinos and it is understandable given the cost and maintenance involved, but it would still be a nice addition in the future for both Android and iOS users who prefer a more app-like experience.

    Roaring 21 Casino Game Providers

Roaring 21 has a whopping number of game providers, with a grand total of…ONE. You heard us right, you can only play games from Real Time Gaming. No shade for RTG at all, they churn out great games so we don’t even need to question the quality. But to only offer one provider? Even calling it strange would be an understatement. Most online casinos host upwards of 30 providers these days, so not sure whyRoaring 21 isn’t catching up.

    Roaring 21 Casino Slots

Following on from a lacklustre performance in the games provider department, we were hoping that Roaring 21’s slot games would perk up our spirits. After trying to find out how many games they had, we reached out to the customer support to see if they could help us. They revealed they had 250 games, which is far from a plot twist knowing they’ve partnered with just one provider.

Now, they do have some pretty good games in the lineup. This includes Olympus Thunderhold, Bass Baggin’ bounty and Blazing Horse. The games operate well, which is the main factor to consider from a technical standpoint.

    Live Casino

Following on from the limited provider setup, it won’t come as much of a surprise that Roaring 21 doesn’t offer any live casino games. Since everything here is powered by RealTime Gaming and they don’t provide live dealer content, there are no live blackjack tables, roulette wheels, or game-show-style games available.

Instead, the focus is entirely on RNG-based play. You’ll still find the core table games like blackjack, roulette and baccarat, along with a selection of video poker titles, but everything is fully software-driven rather than hosted by real dealers.

It works fine for straightforward play, but it does leave a noticeable gap compared to casinos that offer live lobbies. All in all, if you care about live dealer titles, you won’t get your kick at Roaring 21.

About the Roaring 21 Casino Team and History

Founded in 2018, Roaring 21 operates under the jurisdiction of Anjouan and is owned by Entertainment Software Group Ltd. The casino previously operated under a Curaçao licence, although we are not fully certain about the timing or details of this shift in licensing. Roaring 21 stepped up to the plate in 2018 to take our Baptism by Fire test and passed with flying colours. It’s kept its Casinomeister-Accredited status since then and runs its affiliate program through Legend Affiliates.

Player Comments on Roaring 21 Casino

There isn’t a huge amount of chatter about Roaring 21 on major forum pages, which makes it a bit harder to build a clear picture from player feedback alone. Most of the discussion that does appear is fairly limited, but there are a few mixed experiences floating around.

Bigjess: “now Im lost for words am I being robbed scamed i should of been paid out days back I will give an update I. A couple days as to if I do get my payout im very upset as to why this is going on all my info was correct an”

Chuchu59: “I think these guys will do well and I am searching for a new group to play RTG”

    Complaints and Track Record

There are a couple of complaints floating around, but nothing that really forms a clear pattern. One that pops up from 2025 mentions a player being worried about not receiving their funds on time, which naturally caused some frustration. That said, it was later resolved and the payout was completed, so it didn’t turn into an ongoing issue. Beyond that, there really isn’t much evidence of repeated withdrawal problems or anything that suggests a wider issue with payouts. Most of what’s out there seems pretty isolated rather than part of a consistent trend.

Still, with the Anjouan licence in the background, it’s sensible to stay a bit alert and make sure you’re comfortable with how things are run. But overall, players don’t seem to be regularly running into problems, which is at least a positive sign.
