Job Title: Customer Services Representative – Flemish speaking – Dundalk - Ireland
Digiweb is a full-service communications and managed services provider. It provides broadband, telephone, enterprise data networks, data centre, web hosting and managed services to residential, business and public sector customers.
This new and exciting opportunity has just opened as a result of continued expansion.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be tasked with providing high quality and consistent levels of support to both existing and potential customers.
Job Purpose and primary duties:
• To address customer queries, written and by telephone, in a professional and timely manner.
• To provide front line support to our customers and help provide our customers with a superior Broadband experience.
• Educate customers in the use of the Digiweb products and services.
• Log all calls and emails into the internal ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot all issues reported, demonstrate solid investigation skills to resolve.
• Provide back up and support to other departments.
• Offer innovative solutions to problems and persist in solving.
• Take decisive and timely action, even in high pressure situations.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely turnaround on customer queries
Skills / Experience Required:
• Fluency in Flemish and English.
• Able to promptly answer customer support related email and phone calls.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• A confident professional telephone manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong investigative, analytical skills and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability
• A commitment to the delivery of quality customer service.
• Ability to work independently within a team environment.
• Computer literate and good typing skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
• Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience in a fast paced growing industry.
• Knowledge of Windows / Mac operating systems and networking an advantage.
