With the BAB, it won't make any difference at all. With the coin collect, you would apportion a percentage of the RTP towards it. Of course, this likely means that the overall game will now run at a lower RTP in order to fund the coins... But players will see the coins as a guaranteed feature, so depending on how much RTP is put to the coins, it might not make much difference to how it feels.
