Resolved: Normal time frame for Casino Reps to respond?

Hello,

I am just wondering what the normal time frame is for playojo rep to respond. It hasn't been that long, but as I am new I wasn't sure. I am getting nowhere with ojo chat or emails.

I assume you have sent a Private Message to the PlayOjo rep here on the forums, yes? (fyi they are @EGO ) It's the weekend so you'll want to wait until Monday morning. During the work week they are quite quick to respond, usually within a few hours. The PlayOjo rep is very dedicated so most issues are resolved within 24 hours, at most.

If the problem persists please let us know here and we can advise you on further action(s) to take.

Hello, thank you for the quick response. I did PM @EGO and my issue was resolved. Brand new today and already this has been a valuable resource. Thank you so much.
