UK player done with regulated casinos. How to move to unregulated play?

Yeah and a unique reference number that they provide.

Hah... i got it! But you're still paying fees when buying crypto using your transferred cash?

It's the same thing with the fees then.

So with the card option, the fees get applied right away. This is because you're directly purchasing a cryptocurrency.

And with the transfer option, the fees are applied when you make a purchase using the cash that you just transferred in.

Is that right?

Ok but that would again require me to add a new Payee to my bank app and as I stated in the PM my card reader battery is dead lmao. I did though a hour ago order a new card reader. So I will then be able to just use Plaid. I currently use Pay By Bank with Pokerstars sometimes but when you have done like 3 or 5 deposits with it it then asks to add it as a new payee to be able to continue......

Luckily my card reader had a tiny amount of power left when I used it a few months ago but the screen was very faint and said low power error and turned of a few times but was able to get the code to add the payee for pokerstars in my account at least.

So once I get the new card reader in about 5-7 days I should be able to use plaid.

I take it the manual transfers would take a day or 2 to get processed and credited to my Kraken account then?

I just thought as well. If I am just depositing funds without actually buying any coins that would be zero fees with Plaid/PayPal? It is when you then use those funds you deposited to buy the bitcoin when you then pay the fees?

They also offer a PayPal option instead of bank transfers. But TBH i can see the point of using these. We won't escape the fees either way, lol

Tip: buy USDC from Coinbase, as the fees are low for this currency. Then convert to Doge on coinbase. Works out cheaper than buying Doge directly, and Doge is more widely accepted.

Yeah I am now having second thoughts again about even bothering :p

Apparently, it is better to use Kraken Pro, see how much the fees are now; very minimal for a £100 purchase:

But here you first need to transfer some money in as there is no option to buy crypto straight with the card. PayPal is not good; there are fees.

To get the PRO version you need to install a new app. The login details are the same.

It's in Kraken's TOS and likely coinbase too you can't use it for illegal gambling. Individuals' risk appetites may vary with these things I guess..
Yeah I wouldn’t do this either. Neither would I keep my crypto at an exchange.

I use Kraken, but I don’t buy crypto often. I’ve managed to build up a decent pile of various coins from gambling. I also used Exodus on my iPhone before I purchased a Ledger Nano once my balance grew somewhat.

I primarily use LTC for gambling due to its very low fees and speed of transfer. Its constant price fluctuations can be a bit of a bitch though. Also use ETH at times.

I buy crypto from Kraken (using the manual bank transfer deposit method which funds my Kraken account in minutes), purchase Litecoin, transfer it to my local wallet, transfer it from my local wallet to the casino of my choice, win, and withdraw my winnings back to my local wallet and the total fees for all of this is in pence.

I’ve only really skimmed the posts above so I may have missed something.

Ok I see, I will think about it more before I decide if I will still go down that rabbit hole :p
It is daunting at first, but once you’ve set everything up and have made a couple of transactions, you’ll be a lot more comfortable.

Just always double check your numbers and crypto addresses. There are a few costly and unrecoverable mistakes you can make, but that’s the fault of carelessness.

You're comparing card transactions with bank transfers and internal dashboard trades. Apples and oranges but fair enough at least it is info.

My goal was to find the cheapest way to get my hands on a crypto coin when i need it. :D

The first two (Coinbase, Kraken) are identical purchases using a straight bank card payment.

The 3rd one, Kraken PRO, also allows purchasing crypto, but they first need you to have some cash ready as i couldn't see options for instantly buying crypto using cards.

In all three cases, the fees are displayed upfront.

So for buying Litecoin worth £1000, Kraken PRO takes only £2.5 compared to £51.97 when using its regular version.

And with a regular Coinbase account, it would cost me £14.68.

Ok so I just created an account at Vave casino - Easy as hell all it asked me for was username and email and password :D.

But I have a question. I signed up using a Finland VPN server and I can translate the site fine in chrome browser but I just tested a slot and it fails to translate the slots to English? Anyone have any idea how I can get the slots to also translate to English?

Thanks in advance.

Don't translate it using Chrome, just pick the site language instead and it should do

That would be a setting somewhere on the casino homepage. I've never seen slot language change due to the vpn used.

Yeah I already picked English in the site itself too but the slots still show Finland language lol

Ahhh never mind it works now

You know it is super nice to see the features back lol. Not deposited yet will probably try a few tomorrow, Vave did not have no limit or Elk so I have created an account in Betpanda now as well. They have Elk and No Limit.

A Elk slot I have played so much in regulated was Buffalo Torro and I have done like 100K spins on that slot and never triggered a super bonus. So if I can grow a balance I might even just buy 1 on it at betpanda lol

Try Ireland, Denmark, or Norway for more providers

I think in any crypto casino you'll have some providers unavailable. Some even have a filter to see which are available and which are not from the location you play. Switching VPN does the job. But remember to play from gambling-friendly locations. Check the casino's restricted countries to be sure. That's what i do usually to avoid potential troubles.
