This was recently brought to light when we tried to pursue a PAB against Casino848:

We will not longer be able to assist players with complaints related to Casino848. This also applies to any of the other Cassava white-label casinos.
Unfortunately it is notoriously difficult to get an accurate list of the white-label properties. If and when we have that information we'll update this Warning accordingly.
- they are using the "bonus abuse" catch-all as justification for confiscating player winnings.
- they do not respond to player issues, "we're done with that" is their typical stance.
- when pressed they will ask for player authorisation as a pre-requisite to discussing the player's complaint.
- once the player has given authorisation the casino simply ignores it and restates their original position.
