Just curious, for those that are having technical problems, etc with the spins, why can't those accounts be deleted and the person re-signup to get their spins that they were entitled to, instead of forfeitting them?

Darran, I was just being fecetious (funny, ha ha)...because of all the remarks about
but must admit alot of poeple seem to win 1700$
which was a falsehood since I won $700.

Well after reading this thread I decided to follow CasinoMeister's (and just about every other members) advice. I contacted Darran through PM and within hours he responded by telling me that he had personally approved my withdrawal and put it on through so the check will go out today. Now I ask you.. does it get any better than that? Thank you Meister for your ability to cut through the B.S. and your willingness to help others do the same. Thank you Darran not only for what you did for me but for setting an example that all online casinos should strive for.

I also signed up at mummys gold last night, because of this thread and won the 200 bonus, finally cashed out 250 so a not too shabby 400% profit :p

Sent Darran a PM today as wanted to make sure cash out goes to my VISA, he was on the case within the hour, top man, great service :thumbsup:

That's a progressive, surely this should be disabled in any sort of bonus account, be it free spins or a guest account. It would be very difficult if the progressive was hit, and then limited down to $200 - this could cause problems with this type of promotion, and would get many players angry that the progressive had been taken out but not actually won.

I have never tried one of these free spin bonuses, and am not sure exactly how it works. Do you actually play in the normal MG account registered, log off, and log on again (having made the deposit) and find the account reset with the correct bonus and winnings.
I am going to try Casino Classic, so I won't screw up a chance with a reputable new account if I get it wrong and/or the software plays up.

He/She played TN after getting the bonus funds - not during the $500 free-play! :p
(i.e. no $200 limit)

I thought all Microgaming casinos allowed bonus funds too be used on progressives - except 32Red.

First of all, I am pretty sure that everyone is aware that Darran is doing a hell of a good job and giving the extra mile to make everything to work perfect at mummysgold.

Regarding your winnings.. congratulations.. .never the less that doesn't mean that the people that had discrepancies with mummysgold were trying to give them crap only for the pleasure. If you got paid, whats the faboulus thing on that? Isn't that what casinos are about? loosing, winning, getting paid?

If you read the 2 o 3 threads on this forum you can see that Darran has acknowledge that there were some problems with this promotion and he is doing a hell of a job putting things in order. He even informed us that they had changed their chat software since it was @%#@ up.

I believe that everyone is happy with mummysgold.com, only that it was funny to see some things that everyone shared from your site.
 
I am very happy with my experience at Mummys Gold. I played the free hour got lucky and was able to transfer the maximum amount of $200 after making my $50 deposit. It took awhile and my luck held up and I got through the playthrough and cashed out $1000. I had called customer service a couple times to check on my playthrough and I was treated very nice and the 2 reps I spoke with were very professional. I had my money in 2 business days.

Darren being active on this thread and others shows that he cares about his customers and I appreciate his feedback and willingness to help.
