Do you guys prefer 2x 10 players or was it better with 1x 10 and 1x 30 players?

Not really too fussed either way.

Did have a little moan last week but soon settled in to the new format and the queues despite them being frustrating do seem to move reasonably quickly with this set up.

Question though.... If this new format is here to stay, would the Battle Weekend consist of 2 x 10 man 8 minutes battles with more battles running and hence the usual very small or no queues at all?

Happy to continue the 2x10's tonight , as they've behaved fine and although there have been queues, its not been too horrific.

Would normally prefer 1x10 and 1x30 though if im honest for the future.

I believe we will move back to 1x 10 players and 1x 30 players. We tested this and thought it would be better, but believe 30 players was quicker queues but a bit longer play for all to complete their spins.

Well, that doesn't really matter that much as in 80+% of the battles there are non spinners.

I don't know how they do it, even when the event just starts, they manage to register within 5 seconds and then forget to play a single spin 🤷

10 + 30 all the way for me. I wasn't gonna bother knowing it was 2 x 10 with the silly queues. But then I, erm, changed my mind.

Ques all night long on every single battle. But way more rewards earned then the standard format.

So me just saying that probably ruined any chance of this format ever happening again.

Agh shit! I see Mr Wild already said its going back to the old format

I'll get me coat........

If places 1-9 are paying in a 10 man (as they were tonight on WWG), I think we’d absolutely all agree that the two 10 man games is a better set up 😅🤣

It's all about queues. As we know 10+10 without queues is perfect format as today in Vegas. I just love Vegas Fridays, no queues and smooth playing all the way.

Yesterday in VS there was 10+10 and almost the entire four hours the queues were several minutes for each battle. How many battles could the player play in this session per hour? Maybe 10 or less. Without queues player could play in this format about 16-20 battles per hour. Battles played per hour in the long run also go hand in hand with the number of rewards. So there is a huge difference

The first point is the delay of the battle. I have noticed that if the battle does not start immediately, the probability for non-spinners increases considerably. Because of the long queues 10 man no longer differs from 30 man in any way, except that the 10-man has a queue of 3-5 minutes, the 30-man starts immediately.

Because of this, I don't see any reason why in this situation where queues are huge, the 10+10 would be a better format than 10+30. Actually i think, that 30+30 would be even better. Each battle would take a full 10 minutes, but that would be it. If you wanted to get to the old model where sit n go lived up to its name, 2x30 with 8 mins and everything would be fine again

Sometimes the websockets dont activate so players dont get popup box that battle started. We are working on a fix for that, will reduce non spinners.
Our Mobile APP is finally going live as well in June/July and game play for Battles should be much better there. First jursdicitions to get access to the app are MGA and SGA. Later on UKGC and others to follow.

Any plans to fix the queues? In the two 10man format the old system would be ideal.

The problem with battles for me these days are the 10+ minute queues to even get in a battle and the a lot of battles taking 12-14 minutes to actually end either because of non spinners or just the system is slow to end the battle.

@Mr Wild what’s also annoying is that if you in the queue on end time it don’t finish the queue and just ends, ideally it needs to end letting you join battles at the finish time but then finish the queue off before ending. If this isn’t possible due to technical limitations maybe end battles 5 mins later instead so that players that joined a queue at 5mins before hr still have the chance to play their last battle.

Eg advertise battle end at 10pm but run them till 10:05 anyone joining queue at say 10:03 have no reason to moan if they don’t get to play the last one but people joining at 9:56 probably would get to play last one whereas at the moment they lose out.

@Team.Videoslots can u check my account had 50 free spins on gemix from a wheel (btw such an amazing prize considering how hard they are to get lately like at least make the 50 spins min 20c) won a couple of euro and it did not go into my account. Can u check this for me. I miss the days of challenges and being guaranteed a wheel.
